Psychological Background: Igor is a scientist at hart. He tries to explain everything, and is constant in search for knowledge, often to the annyance of other people.
Hobbies: chess, history, shooting, astronomy
Personality Quirks: he loves to spy on people (his mutation is very usefull for it), on the grounds that everything you know about people can come in handysome day. He also loves greasy food
What do you think of your mutant ability: He finds it helps him a lot during his research and when watchingstars or repairing computers.
History: He is a decendant in straight line from MarshalZhukov, and the history of the 'Great Patriotic War', as it was called in the Sovjet Union, was part of his heritage. His father was a general in the Red Army, and able to give his only son a good education. His father also learned him how to use almost every hand weapon in the inventory of the Red Army. Igor already had a keen eye and loved the sniper riffles. After the fall of the Sovjet Union, Igor was send to an English school, where he completed his secundary eduation. His power manifested the first time during a science class, when they had to look at bacteria through a microscope. Igor kept his gift a secret and at night he experimented with the limits of his new power.
During his last year, he got the message that his father had died, during an ambush of Chechen terrorists. Igor forced himself not to show any emotion, and threw himself on his studies, in his own way honoring his father. After secondary school, he was accepted at Manchester University and he managed to get a Masters Degree in biotechnology and bio-informatics. His ability to actually see DNA helped him a lot. It was also here that he discoveredcomputers, and what you could do with them.
He joined not only a chess club, but also the shooting club at the university, and quickly got the admiration of his fellow clubmembers with his good shooting. Some of his fellow students suspected something, but he managed to keep his power a secret. After university, he started working with Celera Genomics. When he was on a vacation in Brazil, he heared about the Brazilian Imperial Guards, and he decided to check it out.
