Background:
Born in Charleroi while his parents were traveling through
Europe. His parents were corrupt gypsies who were killed by a rivaling gypsy
family. Evander was 4 at that time. He was subsequently raised by his aunt who
lived on the USS Okinawa. Although he isn’t born in space, he is raised there,
and he liked life on a starship.
At the age of sixteen his passion for food started and with his seventeenth lifeyear he started as cook assistant on the USS Okinawa. He started doing cooking school through long distance learning and received his chef cook diploma on the age of 23.
Recently there was an attack by Klingon pirates on the USS Okinawa in which Evander got shot in the head by a disrupter. This was the reason for Evander's strange behaviour and therefore he was send to the psychiatric department of starbase medical.
